"Then summer fades and passes and October comes. We'll smell smoke then, and feel an unexpected sharpness, a thrill of nervousness, swift elation, a sense of sadness and departure."

Put those Georgia stars to shame that night
I said, that's a lie

"You've got a lot of choices. If getting out of bed in the morning is a chore and you're not smiling on a regular basis, try another choice."

Sunny days seem to hurt the most
I feel you everywhere I go
I see your smile, I see your face
I hear you laughing in the rain

Still can't believe you're gone

God knows how I miss you
Just knowing no one could take your place
Sometimes I wonder

Who you'd be today

Would you see the world?
Would you chase your dreams?
Settle down with a family?

Some days the sky's so blue
I feel like I can talk to you
And I know it might sound crazy

Kenny Chesney, Who You'd Be Today

You Left Me

You left me, sweet, two legacies,—
A legacy of love
A Heavenly Father would content,
Had He the offer of;

You left me boundaries of pain
Capacious as the sea,
Between eternity and time,
Your consciousness and me.

Emily Dickinson

Rooibos, darling
'Roy-bose,' it means 'red bush'
It has therapeutic effects,
They say
I drink it with a little bit of honey
But not too much, 1/2 a teaspoon maybe
Sets me straight after a long day
Tuesday's child is full of grace.
In certain ways we are weak, but the Spirit is here to help us. For example, when we don't know what to pray for, the spirit prays for us in ways that cannot be put into words. All of our thoughts are known to God. He can understand what is in the mind of the Spirit, as the Spirit prays for God's people.

Romans 8:26,27
